Nat worked in the private sector as an entrepreneur, consultant and venture capitalist. He remains an active investor in alternative assets.
Since 2002, Nat has been active in the social impact market. He co-founded Impetus Trust, the first UK venture philanthropy trust fund. He was a founding trustee of the Education Endowment Foundation and chaired the finance and endowment committee. He has been the founding Chair of Social and Sustainable Capital, one of the largest social impact investing funds in the UK. Nat chaired the National Lottery Community Fund in England.
